| Chocolate Mint Tea Shake |

| 1 cup double strength brewed Choc. Mint tea |
Let the Chocolate Mint tea cool.
Mix the tea, ice cream, creme de cacao and creme de menthe in a blender for 15-20
seconds or until smooth. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint sprig.
About as close to perfection as one can get!!! |
| 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream |
| 2 tbsp. creme de cacao |
| 2 tbsp. creme de menthe |
| 1/2 cup heavy creme, whipped |
| Fresh mint sprig for garnish (optional) |

| 1 1/2 cup brewed Choc. Mint tea |
Pour the tea into
a cup. Stir the creme de cacao and creme de menthe into the tea. Top with
whipped cream and chocolate powder. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
Find a quiet corner and enjoy. |
