| Cinnamon Plum Rum Tea (serves 2) |

| 1 1/2 cups brewed Cinnamon Plum Tea |
Combine milk, brown sugar and
cinnamon stick in a sauce pan and simmer over low heat 1 to 2 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Add the tea and stir so all ingredients are mixed. Pour into 2
mugs and add the rum. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. |
| 1 cinnamon stick (for garnish) |
| 1/2 cup milk, warmed |
| 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped |
| 2 tsp. brown sugar |
| 1 ounce white or dark rum |

Iced Cinnamon Plum
Tea--Low Cal Milk Shake |

| 1 Liter of ice cubes--(1 tray) |
Because this recipe uses ice, you
must double the strength of the tea. Let the Cinnamon Plum tea cool. Place all
ingredients in a blender at high speed until ice cubes are crushed. Pour into a
sugar rimmed glass and garnish with ground cinnamon.
This is a great milkshake even without the rum. |
| 2 cups of Cinnamon Plum Tea brewed double
strength |
| 2 cups non fat milk |
| 2 packets of sugar twin |
| 2 ounces of rum (white or dark) |
| ground cinnamon for garnish |
